摘要
建立了某轻型货车变速器箱体有限元模型,并利用模态试验结果验证了该模型的正确性。通过实车强化坏路试验采集了整车轮心垂直方向振动加速度信号,并将经过预处理的轮心处振动加速度信号加载到4柱虚拟试验台上,进行仿真计算,获得了箱体与车架连接点的载荷时间信号。将各载荷通道的应力分布和载荷时间历程输入所建立箱体有限元疲劳分析模型,得到了箱体的疲劳寿命结果。
In this paper,the finite element model of the Transmission housing of a light-duty truck is established and its correctness is verified through modal test results.Vertical vibration acceleration signals at the wheel center are collected through enhancement road test.Then the pretreated signals are loaded to 4-column virtual test bench for simulation calculation.In this way,load time signals at the connection points between the Transmission housing and the frame are obtained.Finally,the fatigue life of the Transmission housing is obtained by inputting stress distribution at each load passage and histories of load time into the established FE fatigue analysis model.
