摘要
为验证电子驻车制动系统(EPB)的坡道起步辅助功能及其控制策略的准确性和可靠性,设计了电子驻车制动系统试验台架。介绍了试验台架的原理、基本结构及试验方法,建立了试验台架的仿真与力学模型。仿真结果表明,与传统起步方式相比,具有EPB控制策略的坡道起步过程更平顺、更安全,降低了由于离合器接合过程而产生的滑磨功,同时也验证了试验台架设计的合理性和准确性。
A test bench for electronic parking brake system(EPB) is designed to verify the hill starting auxiliary function of EPB as well as the accuracy and reliability of its control strategy.The principle,basic structure and test methods of the test bench are introduced in this paper.Besides,simulative and mechanical models of the test bench are established.Simulative results show that hill starting process with EPB control strategy is much smoother and safer than that of traditional starting.The slipping-friction work caused by clutch engagement is decreased and the rationality and accuracy of test bench design is verified.
