R&D联盟中知识转移影响因素和保障机制研究 被引量：3

摘要 知识转移是R&D联盟主体组织学习和取得外部知识的重要途径。文章采用系统工程的方法,应用ISM模型对R&D联盟中知识转移影响因素进行了科学的分析识别,得出知识转移影响因素三个层级为内部影响因素、知识特性因素和联盟异质性因素,并指出因素之间的作用方向和层级关系。在此基础上,建立了知识转移保障机制为文化机制、学习机制和协调机制,机制的建立可以保持R&D联盟的稳定性和提高R&D联盟的知识转移效率。
