非营利组织关系能力对财务绩效的影响研究——基于信息披露机制的调节分析被引量：3

摘要基于183个调查样本,应用分层多元回归模型从信息披露机制的视角出发,对非营利组织关系能力与财务绩效之间的关系进行实证检验。结果表明:关系能力会显著提高非营利组织的财务绩效,信息披露机制能够显著调节非营利组织关系能力与财务绩效的关系。
