摘要
目的探讨壳寡糖促进糖尿病模型大鼠难愈感染创面愈合作用。方法制备糖尿病大鼠创面模型。实验组以5%壳寡糖涂抹创面,每天1次,共21d,动态观察局部细菌总量变化及创面愈合指标,并检测创面组织中的TGF-β1浓度的变化。结果与结论5%壳寡糖治疗组第7、14、21天创面愈合率均显著高于对照组,创面在伤后3周的愈合率达到100%,实验第3、7天壳寡糖治疗组总菌量明显低于糖尿病对照组,壳寡糖治疗组创面组织中TGF-β1浓度在创伤后3、7、14d与糖尿病对照组相比浓度均明显增高,结果表明5%壳寡糖能促进糖尿病大鼠难愈创面的愈合,此疗效与壳寡糖的抗菌作用及提高创面组织的TGF-β1浓度有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of chitosan on the infected wound healing in diabetic rats. Methods The Wistar rats were used to make the models of the diabetes, a round skin wound was established on the dorsal backs of rat. And then the rats were divided into groups: the test group was treated with 5% chitosan group. The total amount of bacteria , the healing rate of wound and the concentration of TGF-β1 in the wounds were observed and compared with the model group. Results and Conclussion At the 7 ,14 and 21 day, the healing rate of 5% chitosan group was higher than that of diabetes control group, and reached to 100% in the 21 day; The total amount of bacteria of the 5% chitosan group was remarkably less than that of diabetes control group at the 3 and 7 day; the concentration of TGF-β1 in 5% chitosan group was significantly higher than that in diabetic model group at the 3, 7 and 14 day. Results shows that 5% chitosan can promote the healing of the infected wound in diabetic rats, the excellent antibacterial functions of chitosan and increased amount of TGF-β1 in the wound would be probably considered an important reason.
