Overview of Radical Innovation Indicators and Identification Methods Based on Scientific and Technical Resource

摘要 首先从市场、技术两个层面对突破性创新进行概念辨析和特征分析;对基于科技资源的情报分析指标、方法在突破性创新识别中的应用进行综述;指出创新系统表现出的复杂性使得复杂系统理论、方法应用于突破性创新识别成为可能和趋势,对NK模型和突变理论应用于突破性创新识别进行讨论。最后,对突破性创新指标和识别方法中的不足进行总结并展望研究方向。 This paper analyses the concept and features of radical innovation from the market and technology layers. It summarizes information analysis indicators and methods which could be used in radical innovation identification because of the S&T output is an important representation of innovation. The theory and methods of complex system could also he used in radical innovation identification for the complexity of innovation system and the authors also discuss the NK model and catastrophe theory which can be used in radical innovation identification. This paper lastly summarizes the weakness and outXook of the direction.
