The Collection,Preservation and Utilization of Cashew Germplasms Resources in China

概述了中国腰果种质资源收集、保存、利用及鉴定评价标准,介绍了在抗寒、抗虫、杂交育种和分子生物学等方面进行的研究工作,探讨了腰果种质资源研究中出现的问题,提出构建腰果种质资源的核心种质库,并结合现代生物学技术,对其主要生物学性状的遗传稳定性进行分析,完善腰果种质资源的品种分类和资源评价系统。

In this paper, the collection, preservation and utilization of cashew（Anacardium occidentale） germplasms resources in China were summarized, and the research work on cool resistance, pest resistance, cross breeding, molecular biology, etc. were introduced. We also discussed the problems we met in the cashew germplasms resources research, put forward core germplasm bank which was used to establish the cashew germplasms resources, and we also analyzed the genetic stability of the major biological characters with modem biology techniques to improve the variety classification and resources evaluation system of cashew germplasm resources.
