摘要
因特网技术的飞速发展对传统版权制度提出挑战。近年来 ,我国出现了一系列这方面的新型案例 ,中国因特网版权保护面临的法律问题日益受到人们的关注。加强这方面的研究 ,填补原有立法在这方面的空白已成当务之急。
With the rapid development of Intern technology,the traditional system of copyright faces the challenge.In recent years, aseries of this kind of cases have emerged in Chins.And more and more Chinese people pay more attention to the protection of copyringht Internet.It very urgent to enhance this study and complete the enactment of law in this aspect in China.
