Experience of Treating Unstable Angina by Yangxin Decoction

周亚滨教授根据多年临床经验认为冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的主要病因病机是心气不足,而心神失养贯穿疾病始终,故临证以具有益气养心安神功效的古方养心汤为基础方治疗该病。文章介绍了周亚滨教授临床运用养心汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的验案两则,并总结了周亚滨教授对于冠心病不稳定型心绞痛中医病因病机和治法的认识。

Professor ZHOU Ya-bin considers that the main etiology and pathogenesis of unstable angina are heart-qi deficiency and the lack of spirit preservation.Then,he uses Yangxin Decoction as foundation treatment to treat the diseases.It can supplement vital energy and nourish heart and soothe the nerves.This article introduced two cases treated by Yangxin Decoction,and summarized the ideas of Professor ZHOU Ya-bin about the pathogenesis,etiology and treatment of unstable angina in TCM.
