摘要
羟基红花黄色素A(Hydroxysafflor yellow A,HSYA)是从传统的活血化瘀类名药红花(Carthamus tinctorius L)中分离出来的,也是红花发挥药理作用的主要物质。HSYA对心血管的作用主要有降压、保护心肌、抗凝、调节血管内皮细胞增殖的作用,文章对此最新进展进行综述。
Hydroxysafflor yellow A（HSYA）is isolated from Carthamus tinctorius L which is extensively used in traditional Chinese medicine to improve blood circulation with an important pharmacological effects.The effect of HSYA on the cardiovascular system contains blood pressure lowering,myocardial protection,anticoagulation,regulation of vascular endothelial cell proliferation.The article reviews the latest progress.
