中药联合针刺治疗老年性失眠疗效观察

Effect Observation of Senile Insomnia Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture

目的:观察中药联合针刺治疗老年性失眠的临床效果。方法:60例失眠患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用自拟中药交藤龙牡二仁汤联合针刺治疗,对照组仅口服艾司唑仑。两组均1次/d,以10天为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈17例,有效13例,无效0例,总有效率为100%;对照组治愈13例,有效12例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%。组间比较,总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合针刺治疗老年性失眠临床效果满意,需进一步优化方案后推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of senile insomnia by traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture.Methods：60 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into two groups and each group had 30 patients.The treatment group used Jiaoteng Longmu Eren Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy,and the control group only used oral estazolam.Two groups were given medicine once a day,with 10 days for a period of treatment,continuously 2 treatment.Results：In treatment group,there were 17 cases cured,13 cases effective,no invalid case,the total effective rate was 100%;in control group,there were 13 cases cured,12 cases effective,5 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 83.3%.Comparison between two groups with the total effective rate had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture treatment of senile insomnia has satisfactory clinical effect,further optimization is needed for promotion.
