摘要
目的:介绍水飞蓟素的药剂学研究进展,为水飞蓟素的研究提供理论依据。方法:对近几年的相关论文进行整理、分析和归纳,对水飞蓟素的相关药剂学研究进行综述。结论:水飞蓟素可制备成片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、磷脂复合物、自微乳等剂型,在开发新药方面具有良好的发展前景。
Objective：To introduce the progress in pharmaceutics research and provide theoretical basis for the research of Silymarin.Methods：The study arranged,analyzed and induced the related papers in recent years and the related pharmaceutics research of Silymarin were reviewed.Conclusion：Silymarin can be prepared into tablets,capsules,pills,phospholipid complex,self-microemulsion and other formulations.Silymarin has good development prospect in the development of new products.
