影响中医疗效的关键因素除辨证论治、方剂配伍、中药药性及药材质量以外,与方药的用量有着密切的关系.临床疗效问题正在成为制约中医药进一步发展的突出瓶颈问题之一。为了使中药更加安全有效,应当运用计算机统计学技术对古代中药文献和名医经验进行研究总结,分析其中规律并进一步以现代药理学和化学方法进行动物实验,以确定中药发生治疗作用的起始剂量,即取效阈值。以此为契机,推进中药标准化研究,有利于学术传承,有利于增强临床疗效,有利于走向国际。

Besides syndrome differentiation,prescription drug,medicine quality and other factors can influence the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the dosage has a close relationship with the clinical efficacy.Problems of clinical efficacy has become one of the prominent bottlenecks in restricting the further development of Chinese medicine.To make Chinese medicine more security and effective,it should do computer statistical technology on ancient Chinese medicine literature and doctor experience for research summary,and further of all,using modern drugs and chemical methods to do animal experiments,finding the minimal dosage for activiting,which can be called threshold value for validity acquisition.By this opportunity,promoting Chinese medicine standardization of research is conducive to academic inheritance and clinical effect enhancement,getting into the international field.
