李军教授从痰瘀互结论治高血压病眩晕

Professor LI Jun Treating Dizziness Caused by Hypertension Based on Phlegm and Blood Stasis

系统阐述李军教授临床辨治高血压病眩晕的思路及经验。痰、瘀为患贯穿高血压病眩晕病程始终,一旦痰瘀互结,则互为因果,恶性循环,加重病情。提出"见痰及瘀,见瘀及痰"的治疗思想,提倡"化痰活血,痰瘀同治"的基本大法,注重痰瘀偏重,强调兼夹证型,以清脑通络汤为基础加减,用药精良,临床疗效显著。文章对高血压病眩晕的临床辨治不仅具有理论指导作用,更具实践应用价值。

The article systematically analyzes Professor LI Jun＇ clinical thought and experience on diagnosis and treatment of dizziness caused by hypertension.In dizziness caused by hypertension,phlegm and blood stasis exist throughout.Once phlegm and blood stasis form and influence each other,it will aggravate patients＇ condition.Professor LI Jun suggests that blood stasis is an accompaniment of phlegm,and phlegm is an accompaniment of blood stasis.Therefore,to the treatment of dizziness caused by hypertension,he advocates activating blood and dissipating phlegm simultaneously according to the varying severity of phlegm and blood stasis,and pays attention to whether there is any accompanying other syndromes.Professor Li Jun used a basical prescription（Qingnaotongluo Decoction）flexibly in clinic.The results indicated that Qingnaotongluo Decoction was effective.To sum up,the experience makes not only great academic significance but also practical significance to clinical diagnosis and treatment of dizziness caused by hypertension.
