保留括约肌改良挂线术治疗低位肛周脓肿的新进展及思考

New Progress and Thinking of Sphincter Preserving Modified Thread-drawing Therapy of Low Crissum Abscess

目前治疗低位肛周脓肿,大多采用一期切开根治术(常用内口切开、挂紧线慢性切割法[1]),虽可一次性治愈,但都存在肛门功能保护不足的现状,文章将对保留肛门括约肌的各种改良挂线术作一综述。

At present the treatment of low anal abscess mostly uses open radical operation（commonly used inside the mouth open,hang tight line chronic cutting method[1]）.Although the disease can be cured,but there is insufficiency to protect the anal function.This article reviews the preservation of the anal sphincter in a variety of modified thread-drawing methods.
