细辛脑注射液雾化吸入对支气管哮喘急性发作期疗效 被引量:5

Effect of Asarin Injection for Atomized Inhalation for the Patients with Asthma in Acute Episode

摘要 目的:观察细辛脑注射液雾化吸入对支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组(各60例),对照组给予传统治疗和沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合雾化吸入;治疗组在前者治疗基础上将雾化液中的沙丁胺醇和布地奈德剂量减半,同时加入细辛脑注射液。将两组治疗72h前后的临床症状、体征、动脉氧分压(PaO2)及第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)变化进行比较。结果:对照组和治疗组总体有效率分别为76.7%、95.0%,差异存在统计学意义(χ2=7.535,P=0.024)。与对照组比较,治疗组的PaO2、FEV1及PEF指标改善更为明显(t=2.035~3.163,均P〈0.05)。结论:细辛脑注射液雾化吸入对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者疗效确切,与沙丁胺醇和布地奈德联合雾化具有协同作用,安全方便,可以较快缓解症状。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Asarin injection through atomized inhalation in the patients with asthma in acute episode.Methods:The patients with asthma in acute episode were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and treatment group(n=60).Based on conventional therapy,the patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol and budesonide through atomized inhalation,the patients in the treatment group were treated with the asarin injection and the half dose of salbutamol and budesonide.The clinical symptom,physical sign,partial pressure of oxygen in artery(PaO2),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)were compared before and after 72 hours treatment between the two groups.Results:After 72 hours treatment there was significant statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(95.0% and 76.7%,respectively;χ2=7.535,P=0.024),the PaO2,FEV1 and PEF in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=2.035~3.163,P0.05).Conclusion:The asarin injection through atomized inhalation is an effective method in the treatment of asthma in acute episode.The combination of asarin,salbutamol and budesonide through atomized inhalation possibly increases curative effect,it is convenient,safe and quick.
