玉泉丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Yuquan Pill Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的:观察玉泉丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合标准的2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,每组50例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。两组都给予饮食和运动干预,在此基础上,对照组给予二甲双胍,治疗组给予玉泉丸联合二甲双胍进行治疗。治疗6周,观察治疗前后两组患者的2h OGTT、FPG、HbA1c,以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的2h OGTT、FPG、HbA1c都显著降低,而治疗组的2hOGTT降低更显著;治疗组患者显效率显著高于对照组。结论:玉泉丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效优于单纯使用二甲双胍治疗。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuquan Pill combined with Metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes.Method：100 patients met the criteria of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 50 cases,patients conditions had no significant differences.The two groups were given diet and exercise intervention,on this basis,the control group was given metformin,the treatment group given Yuquan Pill combined with Metformin treatment.After 6 weeks of treatment,2h of OGTT,FPG and HbA 1c as well as clinical efficacy before and after treatment were observed.Result：2h of OGTT,FPG and of HbA1c in treatment group and control group were significantly reduced,while 2h of OGTT in the treatment group was reduced more;and the remarkable efficiency was significantly higher.Conclusion：Yuquan Pill combined with Metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes is more effective than the simple use of metformin.
