电视胸腔镜手术治疗老年自发性气胸中西医结合护理心得

Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgical Treatment of Senile Spontaneous Pneumothorax Integrative Nursing Experience

目的:总结老年自发性气胸患者通过电视胸腔镜手术治疗的中西医结合护理经验。方法:对28例通过电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的老年患者进行术前术后的中西医结合整体化护理。结果:通过术前术后中西医结合整体化护理,术后发生肺漏气5例,伴有皮下气肿3例,发热1例,经及时有效的治疗和护理,患者均顺利康复,术后随访6个月,无1例复发。结论:根据老年患者的生理特点,针对具体情况,采取行之有效的围手术期中西医结合整体化护理措施,是预防术后并发症,提高手术成功率的重要措施。

Objective：To summarize the integrative care experience of the patients with senile spontaneous pneumothorax by VATS treatment.Methods：28 cases of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax in elderly patients were given preoperative and postoperative integrative holistic care.Results：Integrative holistic care before and after surgery,postoperative complications occurred：five cases of lung leak,with three cases of subcutaneous emphysema,1 case of fever,all patients through timely and effective treatment and care,were successfully recovered and were followed up for 6 months,with no recurrence.Conclusion：According to the physiological characteristics of elderly patients for specific situations,to take effective perioperative integrative holistic nursing measures is an important measure for prevention of complications and improving the success rate of surgery.
