摘要
目的:建立19批不同产地来源防风的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用JIANGSHEN BDS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:对19批防风进行聚类分析和相似度计算,黑龙江拜泉等地17批药材归为推荐品,而陕西和重庆防风归为非推荐品,结果与含量测定结果一致。结论:防风的HPLC指纹图谱可用于防风的质量控制与分类评价的依据。
Objective:To develop HPLC fingerprint of 19 batches Saposhnicovia divaricata from different origins.Methods:JIANGSHEN BDS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used to make the determination.Methanol-water was used as mobile phase by gradient elution with the flow rate at 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was sited at 254nm.Results:The 17 batches of Saposhnicovia divaricata were classified as recommended by cluster analysis and similarity results,except ones from Shaanxi province and Chongqing,which was consistent with the content of prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-O-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol.Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprint could be used as quality control and evaluation of Saposhnicovia divaricata.
