摘要
目的:研制鹿茸多肽口含片,利用崩解时限严格控制产品的质量,为鹿茸多肽提供一种新的应用途径。方法:以崩解时间为指标,通过单因素考察得出口含片的最佳处方。结果:制得的口含片的崩解时间符合规定。结论:工艺简单,质量可控,服用方便。
Objective：To study the preparation process of pilose antler polypeptides buccal tablet by disintegration test in quality control.It provided a new approach for application of pilose antler polypeptides.Methods：The optimal prescription was determined by univariate analysis,with disintegration time as index.Results：The disintegration time of the buccal tablet was conformed with the regulations.Conclusion：It was simple in technology and easy in quality control,convenient in taking.
