中医养生研究现状概述

Survey on Current State of Health Preservation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

对近10年来中医养生的现代研究进行了总结,发现理论研究仍是最主要的研究方法之一,临床应用、动物实验及调查等方面的研究也日渐成熟,中医养生取得了一定的成果。同时,分析了当前中医养生在具体运用及研究时存在的问题,并展望了中医养生未来的发展方向。

This paper summarized the past ten years＇ study on health preservation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and found the theoretical study still being one of the most important research methods.However,other methods,like clinical practice,animal experiment and investigation,are developing gradually.At the same time,the study of health preservation has gained considerable achievements.The author analyzed the problems existed in the current application and research on health preservation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and prevised it＇s outlook furthermore.
