中西医结合防治中风偏瘫研究进展

Research Progress on Prevention and Treatment of Hemiplegic Stroke by Methods of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:回顾近年来中西医结合临床防治中风偏瘫的研究结果,总结该病的临床研究进展,为中风偏瘫的临床治疗提供依据。方法:检索近年来中西医结合疗法防治偏瘫的文献,从中药结合常规西药疗法、中药及针灸结合常规西药疗法、中西医结合康复法、及中西医结合护理方面总结,探讨中西医结合防治偏瘫的机制。结果:中药结合常规西药疗法、中药及针灸结合常规西药疗法、中西医结合康复法、及中西医结合护理防治中风的疗效均优于单纯西药疗法。结论:近年来中西医结合防治偏瘫研究取得进展,其疗效优于常规西药疗法。

Objective：To review the research of prevention and treatment of hemiplegic stroke by integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in recent years,summarize the progress of clinical research of the disease,in order to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of hemiplegic stroke.Methods：Looking for documents on treatment of hemiplegic stroke by integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in recent years,and they were summarized by treatment methods of Chinese medicine combined with routine Western medicine,Chinese medicine and acupuncture in combination with routine Western medicine,integrated traditional and Western rehabilitation,and integrated traditional and Western care,to discuss mechanisms of prevention and treatment of hemiplegia.Results：All of the above combination methods are superior to treatment of Western medicine alone.Conclusion：The combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on prevention hemiplegia has made progress in recent years,and its efficacy is superior to routine western medicine.
