Vigorously promoting the collaborative innovation is the basic path of constructing the innovation country,and is the inevitable requirement and the development orientation which universities strengthen innovation of science and technology and enhance the ability of scientific research.As an important platform for strengthening cooperation and collaboration between universities,university alliance is of special significance for universities to promote the collaborative innovation.University Alliance in Chongqing actively establishes collaborative innovation mechanism,shares collaborative innovation resources,and builds collaborative innovation organization.Its goal is to vigorously promote the collaborative innovation and improve the innovation ability of science and technology of the universities.
