摘要
学前教育师资薄弱问题,已成为制约学前教育发展的瓶颈。转型后的专科层次学前教育专业作为培养学前教育师资的主要基地,理应发挥重要作用。面对学前教育专业建设方面存在的诸多问题,应采取以下方法与对策加以解决:一是要明确专业建设的新理念;二是要调整人才培养的目标定位;三是要调整优化课程设置;四是要更新优化课程内容;五是要探索开放创新的教学方式方法;六是要建立科学、有效的考评机制;七是要完善专业技能训练体系;八是要加强实训基地建设。
Problem of weak pre-school teachers,has become a bottleneck restricting the development of pre-school education major.Transformed pre-school education major in junior college,as the main base to develop teachers,should play an important role.This article aims to analyze the problems of major construction;propose solutions to problems and countermeasures:the first one is to make clear the idea of the major construction;the second one is to adjust the targeting of personnel training;the third one is to adjust and optimize the curriculum;the fourth one is to update and optimize course content;the fifth one is to explore innovative and open teaching methods;the sixth one is to establish a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism;the seventh one is to improve the professional skills training system;the last one is to strengthen the training bases.
