摘要
示范性高职院校竞争力由环境资源、行为过程和核心能力三要素组成,三要素相互作用及其整合创新促进了核心竞争力生长与发展。核心竞争力是资源整合力、人才培养力和示范经营力构成的有机整体,应用模糊综合评判法对其要素及属性进行量化处理,构建评价模型,可为示范性高职院校核心竞争力识别、培育和提升提供重要的参考依据。
The competitive power of model vocational colleges is made up of three elements:environmental resources,behavior functions force and core competence.The three elements of interaction and integration and innovation to promote the growth and development of the core competence.The core competitive power is the integration of resources,personnel training force and demonstration operations capacity consisting of organic entirety,Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify its elements and attributes,Building evaluation model,For the core competitive power identification,cultivation and promotion to provide important reference.
