驯化与野生罗布麻种子形态及活力差异研究

罗布麻是历史悠久的野生药用植物,对人体有重要的医疗和保健功效。进行野生药用植物罗布麻的驯化是罗布麻产业发展的必由之路。本文用驯化的罗布麻和野生罗布麻种子的形态和活力进行比较分析,发现野生罗布麻对比种植罗布麻种子具有较高的种子活力及出芽率,淀粉酶活力,可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖,粗纤维素、纤维素含量;种子形态上种子含水量、种子质量、种荚长度、种荚中种子粒数,野生罗布麻种子低于种植罗布麻种子,种子吸水量、种子的萌发率野生罗布麻种子高于种植罗布麻种子。

Apocynum venentum L. has a long history of wild medicinal plants, it has important medical and health care effect on the human body. It is must taken route on that the wild medicinal plant Apocynum venen- turn L. domestication is going to industrial development. The domestication of wild Apocynum venentum L. and seed morphology and viability of comparative analysis with wild Apocynum venentum L. The results showed that wild Apocynum venentum L. seeds had higher seed vigor and germination rate, amylase activity, soluble protein, total sugar, crude cellulose, cellulose content. The seed cultivation of wild Apocynum venentum L. was higher than that wild Apocynum venentum L. seed on seed morphology of seed moisture content, seed quality, seed pod length, seed number in a pod, but the seed water content, the rate of seed germination, the seed planting seeds was higher than that of wild Apocynum venentum L.
