摘要 为了迅速解除‘红丽’海棠种子休眠,利用正交试验设计对低温层积、赤霉素处理对‘红丽’海棠种子萌发的影响进行了研究,结果表明:‘红丽’海棠的发芽高峰是置床后第3天。低温层积是解除‘红丽’海棠种子休眠的最佳方法,层积60 d可以完全解除种子休眠。不同浓度赤霉素处理可以在一定程度上提高‘红丽’种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,但不能完全解除其休眠,以200 mg/L赤霉素处理效果最好。赤霉素24 h浸泡和48 h浸泡之间无差异。层积60 d后用200 mg/L赤霉素浸种24 h是最佳处理组合,可以在生产上推广应用。 In order to break the seed dormancy of Malus ‘Red Splendor' rapidly, the effects of low stratifica- tion and gibberellin treatment on the seed germination were studied with orthogonal design. The results were as follows:The peak of seed germination was reached at the third day. Low stratification was the best method and the seed dormancy was breaked wholly in 60 days. Gibberellin treatment could improved the germination rate, germination energy and germination index to some extent, but it couldn' t break the seed dormancy wholly. The best concentration was 200 mg/L. There were not different between 24 hours and 48 hours in soaking with gib- berellin. It was the best treatment combination that stratified seeds in 60 days were soaked in 200 mg/L gibberellin for 24 hours.
