国内外纺前着色技术及产品的新进展

Development of Spun-dyeing Technology at Home and Abroad

与传统的织物染色技术相比,纺前着色具有染色均匀、色牢度高、污水排放少等优点,是一项低碳环保的生产技术。本文阐述了国内外纺前着色的技术进展和发展趋势,并介绍了相关产品的开发情况,提出高品质颜(染)料和色母粒,以及色泽均匀、色牢度高、色彩丰富、性能优良、多功能的有色纤维和产品将是纺前着色纤维的发展方向。

Compared with traditional dyeing process,spun-dyeing technology is an eco-friendly process,and has several advantages,such as uniformly dyeing,high color fastness,low waste water discharge,etc.Based on the introduction of the development of spun-dyed technology at home and abroad,as well as some relative fiber products,the authors of this article put forward that it is essential to develop high quality masterbatch and pigment for spun-dyeing process,as well as differential fibers like multi-functional fiber and fiber with rich colors.
