浅谈南运河沧州段历史变迁及当今治理设想

通过对南运河沧州段的历史变迁和曾经的治理状况进行描述,提出当今南运河治理及景观建设的思路、设想,以及履行相关法律法规规定,打好用好"运河"品牌,在综合治理上强化运河文化功能,制定相关政策给予制度保障,建立规范高效的水政监察队伍等几点建议。

Historical evolution of Cangzhou Section of Nanyun Canal is described. Suggestions made on issues need to be paid attention to, and ideas and plans for improvement of Nanyun Canal. Others include implementation of laws and regulations, policies making and effective law execution as well as how to make better use of the label of the canal, so as to enhance its cultural influence.
