家庭病床服务人员风险认识的调查分析

The Analysis of Risk Understanding of Medical Personnel Working at Domestic Sickbed Service

目的了解医护人员对家庭病床服务中各种风险因素的认知情况,分析防范风险的针对性措施。方法对区域所有从事家庭病床服务的医护人员进行现场问卷调查。结果家庭病床服务是风险最大的社区医疗行为;医护人员的职务、职称、学历以及工作年限与风险认知无显著差异;患者及家庭因素引发风险的可能性最大,其次是工作环境因素;因患者个体差异,缺乏风险意识,相关法律法规不完善和舆论的不良影响,患者病史叙述不清以及医保政策导致的投入不到位等5个环节引发风险的可能性很大。结论从事家庭病床服务医护人员的风险意识逐步增强,应针对不同风险因素来源构建防范风险策略。

OBJECTIVE To study the medical personnel＇s understanding of different sources of risk factors in the service of domestic sickbed as well as to analyze the risk prevention measurement.METHODS Field questionnaire surveys were finished by all medical personnel working at domestic sickbed service in this district.RESULTS Domestic sickbed services were at greatest risk for community medical center.There were no significant differences between community medical personnel＇s position,professional title,degrees and work years with the risk understanding.The highest risk factor was possibly from patient and family side in domestic sickbed service,followed by the working environment factors.The patients＇ individual differences,lack of risk awareness,relevant laws,rules and regulations which were not perfect and adverse impact on public opinion,patients＇ history which was not clearly stated and the health care policy which led to inadequate input were the five most possible links which would cause risks.CONCLUSION The risk awareness of medical personnel working at domestic sickbed service is enhancing step by step.The prevention strategies should be formulated according to different risk factors and corresponding suggestions should be put forward finally.
