温补脾肾方对甲减大鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 目的:研究温补脾肾法对甲减大鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响,从而探讨其作用机制。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分成3组,每组10只,即对照组(control)、甲减组(HT)、温补组(WB)。采用他巴唑灌胃给药造成甲减大鼠模型,然后给予温补脾肾方剂治疗4周后处死大鼠,测定肾脏组织中SOD、(GSH-Px)及MDA含量。结果:经温补脾肾方剂治疗后,甲减肾组织中的MDA含量和GPx活性显著降低,SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:温补脾肾方剂可提高甲减大鼠肾脏抗氧化能力。 Objective :To study the effect of method of pryetic tonification of spleen and kidney on antioxidative capability in rat model of hypothyroidism, and investigate its mechanism of action. Methods:30 Wistar rats, female and male in half, were divided into three groups randomly, which were blank control group, model control group and treatment group. The rat model of hypothyroidism was made with methimazole in intragastric administration. After 4 weeks' treatment with method of pryetic tonification of spleen and kidney the rats were executed, and SOD, GSH - Px and MDA in the rat's kidney were determined. Results : GSH - Px and MDA in treatment group decreased, and SOD increased. There was significant difference between before and after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). But there was not significant difference between treatment group and control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Formula of pryetic tonification of spleen and kidney can improve the kidney's antioxidative capability of rat model of hypothyroidism.
