摘要
BSG混合动力控制器具有控制发动机怠速启/停以及电机管理功能。文章提出了一种BSG混合动力控制器寿命测试系统的设计方案,它包括基于中央控制计算机、发电模式测试台架、电动模式测试台架、环境仓等。该系统结构简单,可调整性好,能够在批量生产前发现产品的潜在风险。
BSG hybrid control unit(HCU) has the functions such as automatic stop/start of the engine and motor controlling. A design scheme of the life test system of BSG HCU is introduced, which in- cludes the central control computer, generating mode rack, motor-driven mode rack, and environmen- tal chamber, etc. The system has simple structure and well adjustability, and it can find the potential risk before mass production.
