摘要 文章主要针对QFDE的三、四阶段方法的不足进行改进,从生命周期评价方法中的环境影响类型出发,突破传统QFDE只注重定性和权重分配的思维模式,寻找改善产品环保特性的途径。该方法采用了环境因素的定量化与产品的自身特性及生产流程特点的定性化相结合的思路,可以有效地改善产品的环保特性,达到相应的环保标准要求,是一种符合逻辑的生态设计方法,实例证明了其有效性。 In order to overcome the shortcoming of the quality function deployment for environment(QFDE) method at the third and the fourth levels and break through the traditional QFDE's concentration on qualita- tive and weight distribution method, the way of improving the eco-environmental characteristics of the product is searched from the point of view of environmental factors of life cycle assessment. An ecological method is proposed in which the quantification of environmental factors is integrated with the qualitative identification of the product properties and the production process characteristics. The method can effectively improve the eco- environmental characteristics of the product, so as to meet the corresponding environmental protection stand- ards. It is logical and effective.
