摘要
以车厢可卸式汽车机构优化为例,应用MathCAD建立机构优化数学模型,最终得出机构铰接点的坐标,优化后油缸的系统最大压力由20.19MPa降低为17.765MPa,减小了12.01%,增加了液压系统的稳定性和可靠性。此方法为车厢可卸式汽车的研制与开发提供了参考。
Taking the detachable container truck as a example, the mechanism optimization model is established, and the connection point coordinate of the mechanism is obtained by using MathCAD software. The optimal result reveal that the maximum system pressure was reduced from 20.19MPa to 17.765MPa, 12.01% was cut off, which make the hydraulic system more stable and reliable. And it will not only provide the designing reference for this product, but also promote the quality of it.
