体内药物分析方法学研究中易忽略的LC-MS/MS法基质效应和逆转化问题 被引量:3

LC-MS/MS matrix effect and back-conversion neglected in study of biopharmaceutical methodology

摘要 进行体内药物分析前,研究者会按照相关要求做方法学考察,以保证分析方法的准确和可靠。由于生物基质的复杂性,并不是所有影响准确性的因素均能在方法学考察时反映出来。本文总结了两个影响测试准确性的因素:外源性基质(制剂中的辅料、药物的代谢产物及合用的其他药物等)产生的基质效应以及代谢产物的逆转化现象,以期引起相关人员的重视。 reliability of the Before biopharmaceutical analysis, methodology should be studied to ensure the accuracy and analytic method. Due to the complexity of biological matrix, not all the factors affecting the accuracy are included in methodological study. This paper summarized two factors: matrix effect produced from exogenous substrates ( such as excipients in preparations, drug metabolites, co-administration of other drugs and so on), and back-conversion of metabolites.
