摘要
消费者环保意识的日益增强驱动着企业纷纷从事逆向物流活动,也常常迫使企业做出内部实施还是外包逆向物流活动的决策选择。着重讨论逆向物流中返回产品再制造过程的外包,构建了一个由战略、风险、经济和运作层面构成的四阶段决策模型,为运营管理者做出有利于增强企业的竞争地位、战略上可靠和经济上可行的逆向物流外包决策提供了一个有益的综合性工具。
In recent years,enhanced consumer awareness of environmental protection has driven firms to engage in reverse logistics activities,and often forces the firms to make decisions about the implementation of internal or outsoureing reverse logistics activities. This paper focuses on outsourcing the returned product remanufacturing process in reverse logistics and develops a decision model consisting of four-stage strategies,risk,economic and operational level and provides a useful tool for operation managers to make reliable strategic,and economically feasible decisions about outsourcing reverse logistics to enhance the competitive position of the firms.
