摘要
为了有效地利用钢中微量硼的强韧化作用,采用α粒子径迹法和电子显微镜对硼化物的析出行为进行了研究。结果表明:试样在固溶处理后水冷甚至冰盐水冷却时都观察到奥氏体晶界上有硼化物Fe23(CB)6析出;当冷速为20℃/s时,除了晶界有Fe23(CB)6析出外,晶内也有Fe23(CB)6析出。经固溶处理后水冷的试样再在850℃恒温处理时,主要析出物是BN,它以MnS为核心在其周围析出,呈MnS+BN复合体形态。
In order to use effectively strengthening and toughening effects of trace boride in steel,the boride precipitation behavior of steel containing B during cooling was investigated by using fission track etching and electron microscopy.It is found that the carbon-boride Fe23(CB)6 precipitates out along the austenitic grain boundary of solid solution treatment specimen after water cooled even in iced salt water.At the cooling rate of 20 ℃/s,the precipitation is further presented in the interior of the grain.While the sample after solution treatment is raised to 850 ℃ then retaining the isothermal treating temperature,the boride,to form BN in stead,precipitates out of the spherical MnS grain as nucleus of crystallization to obtain a compound of MnS+BN.
