External thermal insulation technology of building is widely applied in building energy-saving engineering, although the technology has received wide atten- tion and got rapid development, it also faces some quality safety problems. This article discusses and analyzes external thermal insulation system and its safety, fire resistance and corresponding measures of external wall construction engineering.
