文章以上海杨浦区长华绿苑小区物业自主管理为例,介绍物业"自主管理"的经验,并在摸索中建议有关部门明确"自主管理"业委会的法定地位,赋予业委会的民事主体资格,从而真正给业主自行管理一个强有力的支点。
Taking sell-management of property of Changhua Lvyuan Housing District in Yangpu District, Shanghai, this article introduces the experience of "self- managemcnt" o1" property, and suggests that the department concerned defines legal status or" "sell-management" property owner committee through trial and error, and gives the qualification ot" civil subject to property owner committee, thus truly provid- ing a powerful supporting point for sell-management of" owners.
