摘要
针对理论计算及分析方法确定炉渣熔点温度的困难,研制了炉渣熔化温度测控装置,应用计算机、A/D、D/A、图像采集等接口装置,通过VB6编程实现高温电阻炉程序控温,完成实验样品视频图像采集与处理,根据试样变形法,运用图像测量技术,实现炉渣熔点温度测量。试验结果表明:炉渣熔点温度测量结果稳定,操作界面友好。
Based on the fact that it is difficult to measure the metallurgical slag melting temperature by theoretical calculation and analytical method,developed a measurement and control device for it.By adopting PC,A/D,D/A,image acquisition interface device and VB 6 programming platform,controlling the temperature of the resistance furnace by computer program,video image acquisition and processing of the testing sample are implemented.Based on the sample deformation method and image measurement technology,slag melting point is gauged successfully.The result of the experiment proved to be stable.The operating platform was good.
