摘要
采用平板稀释法从杨树枝条中分离到56株内生细菌,其中23株为内生拮抗细菌。通过室内对峙培养、内生拮抗细菌发酵液对杨树腐烂病菌Cytospora chrysosperma的抑菌作用以及室内离体枝条防病试验,证明杨树内生拮抗细菌Y-S-Y12菌株对杨树腐烂病的抑菌防病作用最显著,其次为Y-S-Y 2菌株。对Y-S-Y12菌株采用16S rDNA的序列分析方法鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌Bacillus amyloliquefaciens。
From branches of Populus sp.,56 strains of endophytic bacteria were separated and purified.Among them,23 strains belonged endophytic antagonistic bacterium.Antagonistic resistance of endophytic bacterial culture medium against poplar rot pathogen Cytospora chrysosperma was tested by laboratory confrontation-culture and indoor in vitro branch disease prevention trials.The results showed that the poplar endophytic bacteria strain Y-S-Y12 had the most significant effect of antibacterial prophylaxis,followed by the strain Y-S-Y2.Based on 16S rDNA sequence analysis,Y-S-Y12 was preliminarily identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
