摘要 固定化脂肪酶因具有易于分离、可重复利用及稳定性高等优点,而受到极大关注。该文综述脂肪酶固定化新方法和新载体。 Considerable attentions have been paid to immobilized lipases because of their advantages of easy separation, more reusability and good stability. This review focuses on the advanced techniques and new,carriers for lipase immobilization.
