摘要 对石横特钢炼铁厂烧结和高炉长期高比例南非矿使用情况进行了总结。通过烧结和高炉工艺技术优化,克服了高比例南非粉矿烧结性能差以及南非块矿热强度差,K、Na等有害元素含量高对高炉冶炼的不利影响,在确保高炉长期稳定顺行和经济技术指标持续改善的前提下,南非粉矿和块矿在烧结和高炉配比中分别达到15%以上。 This article summarized the application of high proportion South Africa ore in sintering and the blast furnace in Ironmaking Plant of Shiheng Special Steel. Through the optimization on the process technology of sintering and blast furnace, adverse effects of worse sintering properties of high proportion South Africa ore powder, worse heat intensity of South Africa lump ore and high content of harmful elements such as K, Na on the smelting of the blast furnace were overcame. Under the premise of ensuring long-term stable operation of the blast furnace and continual improvement of the techno-economic indicators, the proportion of South Africa ore powder and lump ore in sintering and the blast furnace reached more than 15% respectively.
