摘要
莱钢3200m3高炉通过采用大矿批技术、提高风温、高顶压等操作手段,采取低硅冶炼、配加经济炉料等措施,在高炉冶炼中保持炉况长期稳定顺行,同时优化出铁组织,加强设备点检等,在入炉品位只有55.4%~56.5%的条件下,取得了燃料比515kg/t、煤比170kg/t以上的好成绩,降低生铁成本效果显著。
By adopting large ore batch technology, increasing blast temperature, using high top pressure operation means, taking low-silicon smelting, adding economic burden and other measures, keeping the furnace conditions stable smooth operation for long time, simultaneously optimizing tapping organization and strengthening equipment management, Laiwu Steel' s 3 200 m3 BF achieved satisfactory smelting result. Under the condition of the charged ore grade only between 55.4% and 56.5%, the fuel rate is 515 kg/t and the coal ratio is more than 170 kg/t. The effect of reducing the cost of pig iron is significant.
