摘要 针对高强度精轧螺纹钢筋的化学成分可由企业自行选择的特点,在不采取离线热处理的前提下,开发了PSB930精轧螺纹钢筋,大大降低了生产成本,成品屈服强度平均在1000MPa,抗拉强度平均在1190MPa,断后伸长率在7%以上,产品质量完全满足国家标准要求,吨钢效益提高约300元。 Aiming at the characteristic that the chemical compositions of high strength finishing rolling reinforced bar can be selected by enterprise independently, on the premise of no offline heat treatment, the PSB930 finishing rolling reinforced bars were developed, substantially decreasing the production cost. The average yield strength of the products is 1 000 MPa, average tensile strength is 1 190 MPa and the percentage elongation after fracture is above 7%. The quality of products fully met the requirements of the National Standard and the benefits per ton steel increase by 300 Y uan (R MB).
