摘要
针对常用的渐开线齿轮,利用啮合理论建立了齿条型刀具加工齿轮的数学模型,得出了齿轮的全齿廓曲线数学方程,基于建立的数学模型,利用Visual Basic6.0编制了相应的计算机程序,在Auto CAD平台上绘制出了齿轮的完整齿廓曲线,实现了滚刀加工的软件模拟。
The math model of machining common involute gear with rack cutter was established by joggle theory, educing math equation of the full tooth profile curve. Based on the math model, the corresponding computer program was developed using Visual Basic 6.0. The full tooth profile curve was drawn in Auto CAD platform, realizing the software simulation of the cutter hob machining.
