摘要
为了稳定生产和提高铸坯质量,济钢5#连铸机应用了结晶器漏钢预报系统,通过对生产过程中结晶器运行参数的处理,检测结晶器内铸流的漏钢趋势并发出报警信号,同时向连铸机L1级系统反馈降低拉速的信号,主要应用预报系统的热流画面与冷点检测、反粘钢和反漏钢等功能。预报系统应用后,降低了粘结漏钢事故的发生率,保证了产品质量,延长了设备寿命,改善了铸机岗位人员的操作条件。
In order to ensure production stability and improve slab quality the mould breakout prevention system is used in No.5 continuous casting machine of Jinan steel. Through processing the operation parameters of mould in the production process, detecting the breakout trend of casting stream in mould and to do a alarm signal, simultaneously having a alarm feedback to L1 level system for reducing pulling speed, which is mainly used of heat flow screen of forecasting system and cold point detection and anti-stick steel and anti-breakout function, the breakout accident incidence is decreased, the product quality is increased, the equipment life is prolonged and the operation condition of casting machine staff is improved.
