大学生宿舍人际冲突现状的实证研究——以阜阳师范学院和阜阳师范学院信息工程学院为例

An Empirical Study of College Students' Dormitory Interpersonal Conflicts

宿舍人际冲突是高校的一个突出问题,正确处理这个问题在建设高校和谐校园中占有十分重要的位置。此研究以阜阳师范学院和阜阳师范学院信息工程学院的466名学生作为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查法,结合访谈,分析了引发宿舍人际冲突的外在原因和个体心理因素、冲突处理方式、冲突感受和影响等,针对大学生宿舍人际冲突现状,从高校管理者的角度提出教育建议。

Interpersonal conflicts in colleges dormitories is a prominent problem, the proper handling of which is important for the construction of the harmonious college campus. This research takes 466 students as the object from Fuyang Teachers College and Fuyang Teachers College Information Engineering College, mainly through analyzes the external causes, individual psychological factors, conflict conflicts, and put forward some suggestions for Education. questionnaire survey, combined with the interview, this paper treatment method, conflict feeling and influence etc, of such conflicts, and put forward some suggestions for Education.
