承德义务教育存在的问题与发展策略

承德义务教育经过近些年的布局调整和学区建设,加大了教育投入,优化了教育资源,改善了办学条件,但城乡教育发展不平衡,资金投入仍嫌不足,评价尺度简单化,师资力量偏弱等问题,制约了承德义务教育发展进程。改革现有教育人事任免制度,建立一支高素质的校长队伍和教师队伍,完善教育教学管理和评价体系,稳定增长教育资金投入,合理调整学校布局,才能有望促进教育公平,加快承德义务教育均衡和可持续发展的脚步。

In the compulsory education, Chengde goverment has increased the education investment, opti mized the education resources and improved the school running conditions through the layout adjustment and the school district construction in recent years, but some problems such as unbalanced development of urban and ru ral education, shortage of capital investment, simplification of evaluation criterion and weakness of teacher re sources have restricted the development process of Chengde compulsory education.Therefore, reforming the exist ing education personnel appointment and removal system, setting up a hlghquality principals team and teachers team, perfecting the education teaching management and evaluation system, and stably increasing the education funds and rationally adjusting the school layout, will be able to promote the education fair and speed up the de velopment of the compulsory education in Chengde evenly and sustainably.
