摘要
建设"双师型"教师队伍是新建本科院校提高教学质量的重要议题,直接关系到人才培养的质量和规格。在当前激烈的高校竞争中,新建本科院校的的教师队伍建设研究取得了一定的成果,立足他人的成果,对邯郸学院的"双师型"教师队伍建设的定位、建设措施、评价体系等方面进行了分析,并对未来新建本科院校的"双师型"教师队伍的构建的发展趋势做了一定的探索。
Tile construction of "doublequalified" teachers in newlybuih undergraduate universities isan important issue, directly relating to the quality and standard about talent cultivation. In the eurrent fierce compe tition, construction of "doublequalified teachers" in newly built undergraduate universities has achieved some results. And based on the achievements of others, this paper anal)he positioning of "doublequalified teach ers", building measures, evaluation system and other aspects in Handan College, and meanwhile explores the de velopment trend of the construction of "doublequalitled teachers" in future.
